Compatibility and approvals of filter and mask combinations depend on regulations. Refer to the technical data sheet to ensure the filter and mask are approved. They feature a bayonet-style connection designed to optimise the field of view. These filters provide lightweight and well-balanced respiratory protection for a wide variety of hazardous environments.

Versatile, ergonomic and easy to install, these filters are designed to improve field of view with a low-profile, swept-back design. 3M™ bayonet filters are simple to fit: select the appropriate filter, align the connection and twist a quarter turn to lock in place. They are compatible with a range of 3M™ reusable half masks (6000, 6500QL and 7500 Series) and 3M™ reusable full face masks (6000 Series), helping reduce inventory requirements*. Comfortable breathing: these filters are designed to balance breathability and long service life. Gas and vapour filters use carbon particles to absorb contaminants and filter inhaled air. 3M™ optimises carbon bed depth, layer configuration, filter body geometry and particle size to ease breathing while maintaining long life. These filters protect against a wide variety of gases, vapours and particulates and are designed for multiple industrial applications.
